About

Kimberley became licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) in 2013 and is currently a member of the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). She enjoys working with clients to help them to reach their treatment goals. She has treated those with neurological conditions, sports related injuries, repetitive strains, deep tissue, pre and post natal, hot stone and myofascial release of trigger points and many more conditions. She has a certification in cupping and integrates stretches and remedial exercises for a successful treatment plan. She welcomes new clients and enjoys supporting her current client base.

Relaxation Massage

The power of touch can have a direct impact on our nervous system. When everyday stresses build up, massage can help decrease muscle tension and increase tissue health once more. Tension headaches, muscle spasm, work place job strain, cancer pain management, prenatal and post natal are great examples for focusing massage to relax the nervous system.

Pain Management for Specific Problems

There are many health issues that massage therapy can help with. Strains, sprains, tendinitis, chronic pain, muscle contracture, trigger point release, post surgery rehab, plantar fasciitis, nerve entrapment syndromes, arthritis, scoliosis, whiplash, TMJ dysfunction, management of neurological and spinal conditions are a few that are commonly treated with massage therapy.

The Extras

Massage therapy has many wonderful supportive therapies. I have training and certification in cupping, aromatherapy, remedial and strengthening exercises, stretching, hot and cold stone massage.

Your information is protected as it is not stored and is processed only at the time of service. some insurance plans do not allow this and confirmation prior to services is helpful to avoid disappointment. Where a service is not covered or unable to file for any reason, the client is responsible for payment.
